Stanley Paul Stevens, age 94, passed away Monday, September 7, 2020. Stanley was born October 19, 1925 at Depauw, IN to the late Isaiah P. and Ida E. Clifton Stevens. He was former employee of the old Eaton’s Hatchery, Indiana Farm Bureau and Hudson Foods. He was a Yeoman in the Acorn 34th Division of the U.S. Navy during World War II, also a member of Old State Capitol V F W Post No. 2950, Corydon, IN and Unity Chapel United Methodist Church, Ramsey, IN.
Also, preceding him in death were siblings, Grace Hoffman, Hazel Conrad, Sheldon Stevens, Leslie Stevens, Branson Stevens, Mabel Howerton and Robert Stevens.
Surviving are his wife of 65 years, Mary Jo Leffler Stevens.
Several brother’s and sister’s in-law and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral 3 P M Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Unity Chapel United Methodist Church, 1760 Lost Creek Road NW, Ramsey, IN with burial in Loudon Chapel Cemetery, Depauw, IN.
Visitation 11 AM to 3 P.M. Wednesday at Unity Chapel.
Memorials may be made to Unity Chapel United Methodist Church or Loudon Chapel Cemetery Fund.
