DEPAUW, IN: Carolyn Sue Nealy Jones, age 45, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015. Carolyn was born September 13, 1969 at Corydon Indiana. She was an employee of Signature Health Care, Jeffersontown, KY. Carolyn enjoyed her family and life to the fullest. Carolyn loved her grandson, Jaxon dearly. He was always able to put her in a good mood and make her smile. Carolyn's family would like to thank her friends at Signature East and the staff at Baptist Hospital East for everything they did for Carolyn. She was preceded in death by her father, Aaron D.
